Alyssa is not a good manager. I didn’t put the price on there and then when I ask the price then they won’t honor it because someone didn’t do their job and check the stickers! I hope y’all go to the Burnsville one! It’s definitely a better store!
Kohls was a mad house today, no parking, no carts. The store was pretty well organized for so many people.
Checkout was pretty painless, and I have to give a big shout out to Charlie who was absolutely fabulous. I thought I had enough cash to cover my purchase, but I was wrong. I was fumbling through my purse trying to find my wallet, and I was getting frustrated because I knew they were busy, but Charlie said calmly you have enough, I found acTen dollar coupon.
She did not have to do that, and she avoided an embarrassing moment.
Somebody has been using my phone number and stealing my kohls cash . It happened for over a year . Kohls wouldn't refund any of my previous stolen kohls cash . Guessing somebody who used to have my number is still using it even tho I've had this number for years .lost 100s in kohls cash and rewards . The only person who tried to help was one cashier. Thank you dear . Ive talked multiple times to cashiers the rewards center. They told me two years ago and last year it was fixed. I'm still being stolen from. It's not fair. I finally had to use a different number . But they didn't try to right anything . Be careful you guys . I shop there constantly and have for years . It's pretty poopy this loop hole is here.and I got hundreds stolen and nothing was done . May have to find a new favorite branch . Bummer
Went there this evening to make a return. The woman at the return counter, (this is the second time I've see her, and she didn't help me then either) couldn't find the item I needed to return even though I had all the paperwork with bar codes. The woman who seemed very slow then told me I didn't buy it from them when I did. She asked to swipe my Kohl's card where I made I purchase from. Then she called a manager, who said they couldn't find the item. I asked can you see it on my credit card transaction history. The manager said no, then why have me swipe my card? Finally, I pulled up the transaction on my phone, which they both proceeded to look at and it went through. The first woman who couldn't help me then put my phone to the side of the counter. I told her that's my phone. She said Oh Ya. Forgetting to return it to me. I thought returns were supposed to be easy. I also paid my bill, probably my last one. I think I'm done with kohl's. This store and Kohl's overall have gone downhill.
